• Supervise and conduct thorough risk assessment, environmental assessment, and safety inspections, identifying and mitigating potential hazards in any kind of site activities (Drilling, Well-Testing, and EPCC)• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety and environmental concerns to drive continuous improvement in HSE performance• Leading, managing, and oversaw application of environmental impact assessments (AMDAL) and ESIA based on IFC PS related to wastewater quality, biodiversity, hazardous and non-hazardous waste, air quality, noise and vibration management to ensure compliance with national and international regulations• Involve in design and implementation of certain facilities to ensure sustainability and conformity engineering solutions based on national and international regulations especially related to Environmental Regulations• Oversaw the collection and analysis of environmental and safety data related to all site activities, providing recommendations for improvement• Administer and manage all HSE & Environmental Management System, Programs, and Reporting by company from all contractors to all relevant stakeholders• Assist in HSE Initiatives especially for EPCC, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements• Supervise EPCC critical activities such as mobilization, lifting, working at height, confined space work, and high pressurized work to ensuring safety for EPCC activities• Perform regular PTW and JSA review, site inspections, and audits to identify potential safety issues and recommend corrective actions• Investigate incidents and near-misses, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence• Coordinate safety meetings, toolbox talks, and safety drills to ensure staff preparedness

• Support company obligations related to Social Factor (CSR, ESG, Stakeholder Engagement, Community Grievance Handling and Chance Find Procedure) by being directly involved in problem solving and updating related documents• Develop Social Security Performance Monitoring for all Medco Power Indonesia asset• Support Company Environmental Obligations (RKL-RPL,ANDAL,AMDAL,GHG Emission) and Company Safety Readiness (PSSR & ORR) for Timor Asset, West Bali Asset, Pekanbaru Asset and East Bali Asset• Support Company Safety Programs by evaluating CSMS for contractors that is going to work under the company

• Evaluated PT Medco E&P Indonesia’s Environmental Management System based on ISO 14001:2015• Supported PT Medco E&P Indonesia in executed department’s function such as Environmental Quality Assessment and Risk Assessment• Understand, Assist and Provide advice in the application of Safety Work Environment for PT Medco E&P Indonesia
