-Coordinating administrative tasks related to document management for events, maintaining accuracy and precision in document and data management.-Efficiently managing time, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adhering to established procedures to maintain workflow efficiency.-Leading and guiding multiple teams during a 4-month event execution across 17 districts/cities in the South Sumatra region.-Serving as a central point of information, coordination, and problem-solving during events, ensuring effective communication flow between departments and teams.-Closely monitoring event activity progress, ensuring schedule adherence, and taking necessary actions as required.-Compiling progress reports regularly in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).-Managing all operational aspects of the event, including human resource allocation, equipment, supplies, and timely distribution of necessary items.-Optimizing resource utilization to ensure efficiency and smooth event execution, and coordinating timely and needs-based distribution of goods and equipment.

-Responsible for preparing daily documents such as delivery orders, product certificates, and packing lists. Also, providing service to customers visiting the office.-Receiving customer orders via telephone.-Responding to customer messages on WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter platforms, as well as providing replies to customer comments on every post across the company's social media channels.-Entering data into the company LAN database for processing.-Monitoring progress to ensure timely payment from customers who have placed product orders.-Updating payment information for customers in the Company's CR System.-Directly delivering products to the designated work areas and ensuring a positive relationship between the company and customers is maintained.
