Technical Engineer
CurrentField Services Skills(i) Conduct field work such as infra-red thermography scanning for Low Voltage switchboards, partial discharge measurements for High Voltage switchboards and transformers, sampling/collection of transformer oil, data logging/load profile of electrical switchboards, etc.(ii) Prepare test reports for submission to Clients.(iii) Manage sub-contractors and liaison with Clients and Contractors.b) Project Management Skills(i) Manage projects and provide technical resources within budget and project schedule.(ii) Collaborate with sales, project team and overseas technical staff on all site and technical issues.(iii) Liaise closely with clients, principals and contractors.(iv) Ensure projects are carried out in accordance to requirements and schedule.(v) Conduct product training to the clients, partners and customers.(vi) Maintaining and providing good support for local and overseas equipment principals, customers, etc.c) Administrative skills(i) Administrative management of all formal technical reporting systems and activities, including preparation of condition monitoring reports.(ii) Control the budget to ensure all the resources required to meet business objectives within agreed financial parameters are in place.d) Others(i) Assist LEW in carrying out inspection work at electrical installation(ii) Assist LEW to attend to emergency trippings, incidents, meetings, etc.
