My work includes:Safety Checks: • Always check safety measures first. • Identify entry and exit points. • Ensure a safety observer is available at the entry point at all times. • Monitor oxygen levels, ensuring a minimum of 19.5% and a maximum of 23.4%. • Perform gas testing to detect the presence of toxic and flammable gases (Flammable gas - less than 5% of the lower explosive limit, Hydrogen sulfide < 10 ppm, Carbon monoxide < 30 ppm)Equipment Inspection: • Inspect electrical wiring and check voltage (24V supply with double insulated wires). • Examine gas lines and house pipes. • Ensure the oxygen cylinder is a DA cylinder. • Check the surrounding area and remove/protect all combustibles within 35 ft.Additionally: • Inlet/Outlet lines are disconnected and isolated.While I possess extensive practical knowledge and experience, I do not currently hold a confined space certification
