- Managed and coordinate workflow process for on grid power connection to RCG cell sites.- Effective communication and negotiation with all relevant project stakeholders to ensure the correct and cost-effective power design and solution is implemented.- Scheduling and timely implementation of projects as per designated timeframe within budget.- Front the day-to-day interactions with all stakeholders, lines companies, contractors and retailer.- Commission high level feasibility studies and cost estimates for power build to planned sites.- Working closely with Site Acquisition and relevant stakeholders, coordinate and managed power design and quotes from lines companies and ensure these quotes and designs are received in a timely manner.- Review cost, scope and design and ensure these meets organisations global and site-specific requirements, that design match RCG site plans, and that quoted price is consistent with expectations.- Support site acquisition in management of easement requests from lines companies.- Identify opportunities to streamline delivery in order to improve efficiency and drive cost effective deployment.- Review all power designs to identify, flag, and manage opportunities to synergy with fibre optic cable installation.- Request and issue purchase orders and new connection requests to lines companies and retailer.- Ensure all relevant Health & Safety procedures, site access procedures, and identify known site hazards are communicated to all relevant stakeholders.- Maintain RCG’s workflow management and reporting system NexysOne to keep forecasting, risk flags, and milestone delivery dates are correct.- Contribute to ongoing improvement and documentation of RCG’s processes, all project documents, workflow and H&S practices.
