- Perfect store target.implement all customer's BDA.
- Follow customer policy.
- Implement monthly activities plan from marketing team & KAMs.
- Follow up internally with all Arla divisions such as merchandising, HR, Logistics, Marketing & Finance to solve and settle all pending issues.
- Professionally increase the company profits via reducing the damage in the market.
