External Auditor -Served on a team of 5 auditors helping to perform substantive tests, reasonableness tests and analytical reviews.-Conducted the statutory audits for big clients and ensured the accuracy of the financial statements.-Prepared individual company accounts and critically analyzed financial data based on client businesses factors.-Final reporting including attending final meetings with client management and issuing audited financial statements.-Supervised up to five staff members on audit engagements and reviewed their performances.-Implemented and performed various auditing systems for clients.-Communicated such significant issues as related-party transactions and reclassification of accounts with senior auditors.Financial Reporting -Prepare financial reports and examine financial statements for accuracy and compliance.-Enhanced the accuracy of the client's reported financial results and ensured that results comply with generally accepted accounting principles.-Maintained integrity of general ledger, including the chart of accounts.-Completed account reconciliations and analysis of critical Balance Sheet accounts-Trained Bookkeepers ensuring adherence to sound accounting practices.
