Coventry Independent Advice Service is a charity offering free advice, information, and support to Coventry residents. I am working alongside CIAS money advice caseworkers to help assess clients' cases and gather information. My daily contribution to society looks as follows.• Maintained an up-to-date database for caseworkers to find relevant information by updating client details, Standard Financial Statements, and general case notes.• Filing of forms for Food vouchers, Household Support Funds, Council support for energy bills, and Drafting supporting letters and making applications to organisations like Coventry General Charities and David Scott Charity.• Collection of data from the clients over the phone calls and emails.• Conduction of digital learning sessions in the local library as a part of the digital literacy initiative bythe CIAS to eradicate digital poverty.• Assisting the volunteer manager with administrative tasks and campaigning.

I joined Devorbis as an IT Engineer to make and sustain the hardware framework that Deborbis use for its exceptional service delivery.Following are the skills that I employed during my stay at the Devorbis,1.
