Software Engineer
Worked on the development of Document management system (EDMS) from concept till deployment in production. My role was involved as a lead developer on both frontend (React.js, Material UI) and backend (Node.js and express). I was working as a main player in the EDMS team, having experience in react and good problem solving techniques, proposing new ideas and solving real life scenarios of the application. EDMS enables user to save documents, perform its lifecycle events for e.g. document reviewal. approval to the assigned user and providing quiz setup and attempt and assessment to the users. I transforms word documents to pdf using a library Cognidox. I was also a part of Asset management system(AMS) based on Angular with Material UI frontend and Nodejs backend. I was responsible for the development of multiple screens in AMS with end to end integration from the backend and Mongodb.I have worked on many more small scale to large scale projects in ZAAVIA, some are Refferal testing system, Server management for AWS deployed servers, Islamic Quran Mobile Application and on multiple tech stacks other than MERN or MEAN like Python, Django, flask, AWS lambda functions, Kotlin in mobile applications, machine learning and nlp projects.I have also worked as a lead on a document archival system(DAS) with a team under my supervision. DAS was based on React.js frontend, Flutter for mobile client and nodejs backend with dynamodb. It is deployed on Amazon AWS serverless environment(Lambda). It is a medium scale project that my team managed it to rollout in production over a month period.At ZAAVIA I also assisted CTO in building an inhouse AI team and conducted multiple sessions on cutting edge technologies like Transformers, NLP, Time Series Forecasting using Sequential Models.
