- Oracle operate (Contract generating , Delivery Order,SRN ,Purchase order ETC).- Looking waste market (communicate with customer , take order and dispatch).- Looking Export dispatch and internal dispatch of fabric .-Sampling order ( take order and his costing).-Communicate with bank and finance department for L.C and amount confirmation.-Preparation of monthly sale report -Preparation of weekly booking report-Responsible for preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements and preparation of statement oftransaction for every day.- Negotiation on Delivery time, pricing of goods and payment with vendors.- Evaluating the complete supplier performance by monitoring their delivery lead time and quality provided which is evaluated on the basis of number of approved and rejected deliveries.- Follow-up on the complete payment of sold goods and formation of contracts.- Controlling the inventory of goods received and monitoring their usage at right place and managing the leftover usage in any coming same requirement to avoid the creation of dead stock.- Design SOPs for vendor management and procurement process at NCL.- Planning of Supply chain for goods used to achieve the monthly targets of Marketing Division.-Development of local vendors to compete in domestic as well as in international market.- Playing a role of major brink between the customer and other business functions like Production, Execution, and Operation etc.- Preparing key reports for strategy building by analyzing market data - InfoTex Report.- Proposing solutions to the problems that were highlighted in the process of analyzing company’s position compared to overall industry.
