This was done by extensive data analysis, literature survey, brainstorming, backward elimination methods, simulations and steps to avoid recurrence in future- Improved process condensate recovery by saving 14 tons/hr ($305K/yr) thru fixing distillation column flooding problem which was draining/overflowing from column operating at 142% of design load - Proposed a feasible solution to ground water reservoir depletion issue by recovering sewage & industrial waste water utilizing clarifier & existing plant equipment (project cost $5.5 million)
