Hello, I'm Muhammad Umair, and I'm delighted to be here today. I hail from Rawalpindi, where I spent my formative years and completed my early schooling. My academic journey led me to CASE University in Islamabad, where I graduated as a Telecom engineer. My career embarked in the field of telecommunications as an RF Engineer, and I soon advanced to the role of a Team Lead. It was during this time that I realized my growing interest in management and human resources.To further cultivate my passion for HR, I pursued a degree in Human Resource Management from Bahria University, Islamabad.My experience in the HR realm spans the entire recruitment cycle, talent acquisition, HR operations, client management, and career development.
