Current• Led the design and development of a microservice application KI.m, an AI chatbot mobile app and an in-house project InQuidsitive, a complete platform for collaboration using the latest technologies of Nest.js, Typescript, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes. • Designed and implemented scalable, maintainable and well documented RESTful APIs along with SwaggerUI Integration. • Handled Chat State machine for integration of Custom Business logic at various steps of the chat within KI.m. • Led the development of the Admin Panel and Customer Care Panel, from identifying system requirements and partner dependencies to software implementation, engineering, testing, monitoring, metrics and delivery. • Enriched metrics monitor in Admin Panel by integrating Google Analytics API which provided in-depth App usage statistics to stakeholders. • Integrated Stripe API, a payment platform for seamless payment collection on the Customer Care Panel. • Secured the API Endpoints with JWT Authentication and Authorization to ensure safety of the applications. • Deployed applications using Docker compose in VMs and deployed microservice application on a Kubernetes Cluster.
