He has over ten years of multinational experience in project scheduling, cost, risk, and change management for multi-billion dollar capital infrastructure projects in USA, Canada, Middle East, and South Asia. He is currently supporting Sound Transit, Seattle for a major OMF facility construction project which will improve mobility, connectivity, and livability for millions of residents and commuters.Muhammad Umer holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from Concordia University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP), PMI Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP), and Engineer-in-Training (EIT) from Professional Engineers Ontario. He has worked with various delivery models, including P3, PDB, DBB, and DBM, as owner, consultant, and contractor's representative. He is proficient in Primavera P-6, Microsoft Office tools, and Microsoft Project, and other industry-leading tools.
