These applications have complete customer’s data, sales, ledgers, route management, CRM, TTS, SMS/Email on deliveries and reporting modules. Managing main LIVE application and database servers. More than 100 routes District connected with application to download/upload live data using 3G enabled devices. Live visibility to management of market operations.• Managing Jullundur network consist of 2 MPLS remote sites (Multan & Arifwala) with one hub site (RYK). Looking after Windows Server 2008R2,2012R2,2016, Domain Controller, DHCP, DNS, DPM, SCCM, WSUS, SQL 2012 and O365, cloud-based mail boxes. Network is Mikrotik & Ubiquiti based having ASA 5516x firewall, AnyConnect clients, AC Pro, AC HD, U6 LR, Archer Series.• Responsible for IS/IT CAPEX planning for next year to forecast the requirement of business, up-gradations, replacements and future developments.• Supervise IS/IT assets & procurement management.
