• Ensure that product arriving at the back door is as expected and from the expected approved vendor.
• Ensure through risk-accessed sampling that products accepted at the receiving bank are of the quality agreed as per the product specification.
• Ensure that the products delivered are at the correct temperature at the point of delivery and that records produced on delivery confirm maintenance of delivery temperatures whilst in transit.
• Managing the process of rejecting products that are not of the right quality and informing suppliers and relevant parties in house.
• Support supply chain and distribution in processing RTVs where required.
