• Lead audit manager for one of Canada’s largest SEC utility companies engaged in oil and gas transportation business, receiving inter-office reporting from over 25 components and consolidating over 100 subsidiaries; and • Client portfolio in Canada included oil & gas and utilities (SEC, TSX listed and private clientele) including IFRS / USGAAP conversions, quarterly reviews, annual audits and Sarbanes Oxley related compliance.

• Lead audit manager for multi-national telecommunications and micro-finance and commercial banks (listed and private clientele);• Advisory work included operational effectiveness, gap identification and analysis, policies and procedure design, preparation of financial feasibilities and investment frameworks and conducting due diligence assignments; and• Risk Advisory work included various compliance certifications (capital on hand, dividend remittance, reserves, etc.), investigative task forces reporting on control weakness, internal audit effectiveness and various compliance issues, forensic and project procurement audits and internal control assessments.
