• Second level support in 24x7 operation for large telecommunication operator having more than 50 million subscribers.
• Technical support for servers’ hardware, virtualization, operating systems, applications and storage installed at Mobile Switching Center.
• Working in Linux/UNIX operational environments (CentOS, Sun Solaris), SQL Servers Databases (MySQL, Sybase, MSSQL, Oracle), Veritas Volume Manger and EMC storage.
• Managing virtual servers hosted on VMware and KVM (Kernel based virtualization on Linux).
• Security management, Disaster Recovery (DR) with high availability cluster, data replication, automated periodic backups and upgrades.
