Portfolio:  Portfolio: As part of Corporate & Investment Banking Group team, I am leading a portfolio of more than PKR 30 billion spanning dynamic economic sectors including Textile (composite, weaving and spinning), Cement, Chemicals, Lubricants, Synthetic Leather, OMC, Retail, Dairy, Power Generation, Automobile, General Insurance, Feed, Sugar and covers range of facilities including working capital/trade limits and long-term loans for regular BMR & capacity enhancements. Spearheading key relationship management with one of Pakistan's largest conglomerates, spanning 11+ industries, making a substantial contribution to the bank's trade and asset portfolioResponsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with high net worth individuals and high profile clients to identify business opportunities to achieve overall Group’s objective. Planning of assigned portfolio in order to increase asset base, revenue and trade business reciprocity in line with overall business strategy. Review and monitor existing corporate asset portfolio to maintain/enhance asset quality and manage the associated risks. Review and highlight the weaknesses and early warning signals in the asset portfolio to take timely corrective actions. Timely execution of day to day business transactions of all assigned relationships to ensure high service standards.

Portfolio: During FY22, I managed to close my portfolio size at PKR 8.6 Billion reflecting YoY growth of 47%. My portfolio generated disbursements of PKR 6.2 Billion across different financing products and earned fee & commission income of PKR 5.4 Million. I have worked on following significant transactions:• Independently initiated, onboarded, and disbursed PKR 500 Million under Short Term Finance Facility to The Thal Industries Corporation Limited• PKR 1,500 Million facilities for import of 4.25MW solar power plant, meeting working capital & for apparel village project for Diamond Fabrics Limited. Independently raised PKR 230 Million Certificate of Investment for Employee Provident Fund• PKR 1,500 Million facilities for Balance sheet reprofiling and for syndicate financing the beetroot project for Almoiz Industries Limited• PKR 2,000 Million facilities for import of 20MW dual fuel captive power plant, meeting working capital and for balance sheet mismatch for NIMIR Industrial Chemicals• PKR 1,500 Million project finance for setting up a green field dairy project by a JV between Nishat Group (Pakistan) & Sutas Group (Turkey)• PKR 2,400 Million Term Facilities for Sapphire Textile Mills for import of various textile machinery for expansion purposes & for import of solar project.Responsibilities: Initiating, managing, and developing mutually beneficial relationships with top corporate clients /groups in their respective sectors including Textile, Sugar, Industrial Chemicals, Paper & Packaging, Rice, Dairy, Financial Institution, and Cement Evaluating & presenting credit proposals for project financing, green field project, debt reprofiling and capital market transaction (bridge financing for right share issue) Assisting and providing financial advice to clients as well as cross selling products to help client run their operations & meet their annual targets.

 Initiating, managing and developing mutually beneficial relationship with top corporate clients/groups in their respective sector including Textile, Sugar, Industrial Chemicals, Paper & Packaging, Rice, Dairy, Financial Institution and Cement Evaluating & presenting proposal for project financing, green field project, debt reprofiling and capital market transaction (bridge financing for right share issue) Actively engaged in cross selling products to clients including raising Certificate of Investments from top tier customer.  Play a critical role in achieving the team`s targets as envisaged in the business plan for the year & helped improved yield on the accounts through fee & commission

Accomplishments:- Successfully structured Obligor Risk Rating model for quantifying insurance company`s risk through broad factors like size & scale, revenue sustainability & efficiency and default risk (Approved by Board of Directors)- Successfully designed & developed Insurance Claim Web Solution with ITG support- Successfully structured & developed financial spread templates with the objective of assessing asset and income from core and supporting operationsResponsibilities:- Managing relationship with more than 25 companies. Formulating limits recommendation for insurance companies and non-banking financial institutions (NBFIs) by performing comprehensive financial, non-financial and credit analysis.- Evaluating limit recommendation and performing financial, non-financial and credit analysis of foreign insurance companies and NFBIs.- Conducting in-depth analysis of insurance industry and NBFIs sector to complement limit recommendation.- Preparing and reporting Bank`s insurance exposure report to President & Senior Management.

- Collected information regarding data tracked by Latin America FIG and linked data to news articles. Kept up with industry news, trends and reporting standards- Penned down abstracts for regulatory filings, reviewed feedback on abstracts and contents to eliminate errors and modify procedures to enhance accuracy and provided input and ideas pertinent to new data collection methods and product enhancements related to covered content sets
