-Assign to Network Operations department under Core Network (PS Core) division.- Performs Packet Core network operations and maintenance activities.- Responsible for integration and technical support in the field of PS Network (MME, SGW, PGW, PCEF, PCRF and OCS).- Experienced in PCRF (Policy Charging Rules Function). Provide support to network team on the existing PCRF works.- Help to troubleshoot customer (postpaid and prepaid) issue mostly related to PCEF, PCRF and PCEF.- Provide support to USN (Unified Serving Node) for routing configuration from Live network to test bed environment.- Support tracing operation for spoofing activities and analyze the network captures collected via Wireshark or Network Monitor.- Provide support for 2nd level incident management.- Contribute in the development of new telco plan under Planning division.

-Worked under UMobile Southern Project at Skudai and Johor Bharu.-Appointed as team leader during the internship.-Completed the activation of new U900 3G band.-Perform static and mobility network test using NEMO software to collect data of speed, strength, noise and loss and analyze them.

Use diagnostic tools to identify hardware failures and replace components that were not functioning.Linked computers to the network and to peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners.
