Missions & Responsibilities:- Organize, plan and perform performance diagnostics of distribution and marketing processes, integrating all their dimensions: business, innovation, IT, organization.- Propose and define evolutions contributing to the development of existing or innovative economic models, taking advantage of digital technologies.- Restoring the analyzes and orientations to the "C-Levels" interlocutors (General Management, Business Departments, IT Departments, HRD ...).- Accompany the transformations with a contribution of specialized expertise on the phases of framing and detailed design of the solutions.- Participate in the development of offers and skills in "Distribution & Marketing".
