Employing an ensembled technique of three different regression methods, the model determined with high degree of confidence (95% CI) factors with most weightage. These factors put in a path analysis helped the company to isolate factors that had the highest impact in attrition. This helped Hilton reduce employee turnover and provided insight to address most pressing issues. Transportation Security Administration (TSA) wanted to simplify complex manual purchasing process. Partnered with TSA purchasing department and created a dashboard that consolidated information from 15 regions and 22 different departments. The Tableau powered dashboard consolidated information and reported to the senior leadership at TSA in 4 different views. The dashboard streamlined purchasing functions at TSA in 10 regions and 12 departments. Darden School of Business at UVA decided to create a dashboard for the MBA program. Partnered with the Dean’s office and created a dashboard using Microsoft Power BI. This provided the Dean’s Office, the Administrative Committee and prospective students an opportunity to review the value of Darden with other high ranking business schools. This dashboard is set up to update annually by automatically drawing information from 5 different publications and comparing top 25 schools.
