𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭-Work with project teams to identify and advise on mitigation for digital risk concerns relating to technology focused solutions, as well as navigate the firm’s various approval processes to obtain sign-off for these new solutions. -Provide pragmatic risk advice to project teams and be the first point of contact, escalating issues when applicable.-Helping teams to comprehend the various technology risks of projects and engaging with specialist functions within the firm to work through the respective risk mitigation measures.-Work with senior colleagues within the team to help take project teams through the clearance and risk approval process for the procurement, development and/or use of new technology solutions.𝐔𝐊 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.-Be a main point of contact for the UK firm in relation to risk and compliance issues regarding the use of Open Source Software (OSS) for client/internal technology projects. -Deliver pragmatic risk advice to project teams and mitigate potential high-risk issues on behalf of the UK firm. -Ongoing updating of the UK Open Source governance framework derived from Global policy.-Creation/updating of specific policies and guidelines to drive efficiencies within the UK process.-Responsible for maintaining the documentation repositories and infrastructure.-Work collaboratively with senior OS risk SME's across the network in order to mitigate risk concerns. 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠/𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬-Creating data visualisations using Tableau to derive insights from various data sources.-Creating personalised bespoke reports for various teams within the firm on demand.-Regular maintenance/updating of public dashboard viewable by the UK firm.-Be a day to day contact for various ops queries and uphold access control for team infrastructure.
