International and Local Recruitment:• Dealing and finding solutions to major constrains in recruiting bulk manpower from Asia pacific countries like India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and African countries. • Preparing documents like Demand Letter, Power of attorney, Employment Contract, Agency agreement, and online approvals like eMigrant in case of recruitment from India and approvals and attestations from embassies in Qatar• Controlling sources of Job advertisements by agencies like advertisement in newspapers, Posters, announcement on TV or Radio or notice display at recruitment agency office by agents to check frauds and exploitation• Sourcing CV’s from Agencies, job portals, newspapers and internal database. Initial screening of CV’s shortlisting and inviting best suited candidates for interview.• Applying visa for delegates, arranging venue for interview, arranging trade test and third-party certification test.• Post interview following with agents for medical checkup of selected candidates and issuing visa for medically fit candidates and making sure selected candidates join and mobilized on job site.• Updating project managers about arrival schedule of new employees.• Arrange airport pickup for new employees. once employee arrive in Qatar coordinate with PRO and site supervisors and arrange Medical and fingerprint test.• Collecting and verifying all the documents for local selected candidates for visa transfer and submitting verified documents to immigration department for visa transfer.Manpower Planning AND ADMINISTRATION• Close coordination with project managers, Project In-charge and plan recruitment strategy as per the project requirement. Sharing requirement status, open and closed position status with project managers on daily basis. • Coordinate with PRO to manage existing visa Quota and advise PRO while applying new visas for different nationalities based on project requirements.• Responsible for mobilization and demobilization
