Last summer, I had the opportunity to work at Dollywood Company as part of the Work and Travel program, and this experience was an unforgettable developmental journey for me. During my time at Dollywood, I had the chance to significantly enhance my language skills as we were constantly interacting with people from different cultures. Additionally, the relationships I built with my colleagues and park visitors enhanced my communication skills. Working in various sectors of Dollywood Company, encompassing tourism and entertainment industries, greatly improved my financial and managerial skills. This experience provided me with a significant perspective on observing different sectors and understanding their operations. All of these experiences have laid a valuable foundation that I believe will be beneficial in my future career.
