PROJECT:HUAWEI LTE PROJECT HUAWEI-ZAIN, KUWAITResponsibilities: BSS ENGINEER • Doing survey in indoor & outdoor site for GSM ,LTE proposal.• Discuss together with vendors to propose LTE location & antinae solutions. • Support documentation team to make reports. • Performance analysis of BTS• Making of material request (M.R) according to GSM & LTE requirment• Discuss additional civil work requirement & implementation risk with operator.• Support documentation team to get final SITE DESIGN DOCUMENT approval.• Installation of GLcabinet BTS3900L, BTS3900, DBS3900, DBS3900E (swap existing BTS with new).• Checking Quality of BTS, RF antenna and as per Huawei standard.PROJECT:HUAWEI LTE PROJECT HUAWEI-ZAIN, KUWAITResponsibilities: QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER • Quality auditing and site clean up of BTS• Report site Engineers & advice them if any site clean-up required.• Making site Audition report after OIL clearance.• Segragate NAMS & Quality photos & send to customer with audition report.• Assist Documentation team to prepare PAC document.IBS PROJECT (INDOOR SOLUTION)Motorolla-Zain , KuwaitResponsibilities: IBS ENGINEER• Doing Initial survey for indoor building solution for corresponding site .• Analyze Traffic generated report for complaints and give recommendations.• Site Optimization • Planning & Designing INDOOR BUILDING SITES by the concept of DAS.• Making Link Budget for corresponding sites.• Coordinating all Network activities i.e. Work Orders, Planned work, outages etc.• Assist site supervisors in correcting antennae placement and solving other site issues.• Installation & commisiion of 2G & NODE B BTS.• Taking all 2G & 3G VSWR readings using Anritsu SITE MASTER.• Assist Documentation team for Making final report,design TSSR & documents.• Doing Hand-held Acceptance call test .
