Responsible to lead Sales & Service activities in a way which promotes the profile of the business, develops key account relationships and enables revenue growth.Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the Sales, Maintenance, Repair , Operations & Rental team members and will liaise with the Sales Director & Commercial Manager.Duties & Responsibilities:-o Sell equipment to all sectors Private companies, Government, Individualso Conduct market research and sales visits to new and existing customerso Maintains an excellent technical knowledge about the Products/Equipmento Handle customer for Service, Maintenance, Repair and Rental of the Products/Equipmento Prepare sales and Spare parts offers and quotations with all relevant information o Present quote to Sales Manager for approval prior to submit to the customerso Discuss and negotiate with customers’ sales-related matters such as but not limited to orders, discounts, delivery and payment terms etc.o Coordinate the delivery and installation of Equipment to the customerso Ensure proper communication with customers & swift response to client inquirieso Follows up on the payments & collection of outstanding paymentso Convinces the customer post sales to take service and AMC contract.o Submits weekly and monthly, customer visit, inquiry logs and weekly planner and quotation status report to the Sales Manager and Commercial Director.o Immediate response to the Emergency calls from Client/ Site.o Preparation of Tenders o Achieve Target of Sales, Maintenance, Repair, rental & Spare parts. o Handing over & Taking over of AMC contract.

Work seamlessly and collaboratively with the Sales, Maintenance and Operations & Rental team members and will liaise with the Sales Director & Commercial Manager.Duties & Responsibilities:-• Sales & Maintenance of BMU/Cradles & Ariel working Platforms, Abseiling Systems and Fall Arrest systems. • Meeting with Contractors, Building Management and Facilities Management companies for new projects. • Projects site support for Installation and maintenance• Attending the site technical meetings and resolve the issues• Prepare Sales offers & quotations with relevant information • Execution of AMC Contracts efficiently. • Monitor and action for BMU Corrective, Reactive and Preventive Maintenance – PPM • Assist clients with material and technical submittal, method statement and risk assessment.• Focus on big repair and refurbishment works and ensure the profitability• Discuss and negotiate with customers sales and installation matters, orders, discounts, delivery, and payment terms etc.• Negotiating tender, contract terms and conditions.• Follows up on payments & collection of outstanding payments.

Manage Preventive Maintenance, Repair and routine Inspection activities like,• Maintenance of Power Distribution Boards, LDB, Transformers and switch gears..etc.• Operation and maintenance of HVAC System and central utilities equipment’s like • Chiller (Vapour Absorption Machine) - maintenance and controlling.• Steam Boilers (Make: Thermax Ltd),• Air Compressors (Make: Ingersoll Rand),• Cooling Towers (Make: Dolphin),• Steam Generators (Make: RSG)• Fire hydrant system.• Air handling units.• Dehumidifiers, Vacuum Pumps, Air curtains, & D.M.plant etc.

Supervises and directs the execution of planned and breakdown maintenance and repairs of allElectrical plant and equipment in assigned field,• Erection, Commissioning & maintenance of Transformers• Motor maintenance, connection & installation• Generator maintenance & installation• Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Circuit Breakers.• Erection, Testing & Commissioning of LT Switchgears.• Protection and Relay panel installation• MV,LV & Control cable laying and termination• Earthing system installation activities• Cable joints both HT <• Panel board erection• Operations of breakers• Glanding & TerminationInspects work progress/completed work through site visits and/or review of work records to ensure proper and timely execution. Cooperating with Technical engineer for approve drawings according site Senior engineers. Attending site meetings, preparation of Work completion report and running Invoices for every month and weekly.
