I’ve always been passionate about people and how communication shapes experiences. My career began as a Customer Relations Executive at Qatar Star Services, where I learned the importance of understanding clients’ needs and delivering exceptional service. From there, I moved on to Meydan Hotels and then, to Jumeirah Hotels and Resorts in Dubai, where I was fortunate to manage numerous events and be the point of contact for some amazing clients. It was in these roles that I sharpened my skills in both communication and event management, always striving to create meaningful connections.At Total-x, I initially joined as an HR Executive, where I focused on building strong teams and refining workplace culture. This experience gave me deeper insight into operations and team dynamics, leading to my current role as COO. Now, I combine my passion for people with my operational expertise to drive growth and ensure the smooth running of our business.
