Project Engineer
Current- Supervising and planning the work site and analyzing problems and developing solutions to resolve them.- Estimating budgets and time scopes for each Projects.- Reporting to the Project Manager about the current work progress and analyze the critical path & area of concerns and study impact of alternative approaches to work- Handling the procurement area, getting quotations and ordering for materials and inspect materials at the time of delivery- Worked closely with Construction Team, MEP Team, Technical Team, Quantity surveyor, Project manager and other stake holders to get updates regarding Project issues, variations and site work instructions and analyze time impact on the project.- Prepare project risk register and attend risk assessment meeting to identify and mitigate risk.- Prepare monthly progress report, cost plan and engineering analysis, projects WBS and PSR.- Coordinate & Follow-up with subcontractors and clients and keep up-to date of the status of projects.
