When Covid pandemic days hit, I embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding Work Masters. In a short span, we successfully expanded our horizons, selling three franchises in various regions of Malabar and Central Kerala, including Ernakulam and Thrissur.

As a founding member of Aimer Business School, I assumed the initial responsibility of serving as a Business Development Executive. My primary task was to secure the necessary funding for the establishment of our institution. During this phase, I successfully procured approximately 15 crores in initial capital to propel the project forward. Simultaneously, my performance was recognized, leading to my promotion to an executive position at the operational level, where I played a pivotal role in generating a revenue of Rs. 4 crores. It was during this period that my leadership played a significant role in steering the company toward success.Throughout my tenure, I strategically evolved my role into a potent force for revenue enhancement, making substantial contributions to the financial growth of the organization. I take pride in my accomplishments, and as a result of these achievements, I earned a promotion to the position of Head of Operations.Starting in December 2022, I undertook a partial transition from my responsibilities at Aimer. Nevertheless, I continue to be actively involved in leading the marketing efforts on a part-time basis. My journey at Aimer Business School has been characterized by personal and professional growth, unwavering dedication, and an unrelenting commitment to the pursuit of success.
