I have an overall experience of more than 28 years including 16 years exposure at Senior Management Positions; My last few exposures have been; as Head of Internal Audit & Fraud Investigation in a couple of Banks; as CFO of Financial & Non-financial Institutions; Group Head Audit & Compliance in a large sized School Network; I am a triple Post Graduate; Masters in Business Administration(Finance), MPhil in Human Resource Management & Masters in Industrial Chemistry; I am a Certified ‘Independent Director’ under Code of Corporate Governance of SECP; a ‘Certified Internal Control Auditor’ & a ‘Certified Financial Consultant’; my Board’s exposure has been with the BOD’s Committees of Audit, Risk & Finance; earlier, I had an exposure of an year’s On-the-job-training as well as have attended more than 50 professional Training courses in various areas during the span of my career.
