Raises the non conformity report to the concerned authority in case of any material non complies with the specifications• Supervising tests and prepares register of the construction related materials for roads and bridges as per international standards ASTM, AASHTO & BS. • Conducting plant and factory inspection• Witnessing test at independent laboratory• Following the material submittals as per the specification and clients requirements. • Randomly testing of all materials deliveries arrives at site like sub base, asphalt base course, binder course and wearing course, D.I. cover and frame, GRP Pipes, UPVC pipes, concrete paving blocks, geo textile and traffics signs.• Preparing monthly test and material submittals status reports
