Train operators and workshop staff to implement preventive maintenance practices.  Establish a work structure, develop a maintenance program, and execute it accordingly.  Maintain records of spare parts orders, storage, and tools to effectively manage inventory control.  Receive, review, and prioritize complaints from various departments.  Oversee the repair of machinery and equipment, and conduct testing upon completion.  Evaluate the implemented maintenance plan and make adjustments as necessary based on feedback from the production department.
