* First Product hire, reporting directly to the CTO, contributing to strategic decision-making and product development.* Led multiple projects helping the company grow. (20% MOM growth rate at the company, doubled the number of healthcare professionals in the app Q4 2020)
* Revamped onboarding process on the mobile app, boosting sign-up rate from 18% to 55% by negotiating simplified business processes and eliminating unnecessary document uploads, such as resumes.* Successfully launched Assignments, achieving significant revenue milestones of $1M per month within 7 months and $4M per month within 13 months.* Initiated and led competitor research process, gaining valuable insights to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Pivoted to focus on prevention. Continued to be the sole product leader and worked with an incredible team of engineers and interns.We created a platform that drives behavior change for chronic disease patients through gamification, tracking and incentives, with an initial focus on hypertension. This evolved into a remote patient monitoring solution. We had clients in 4 cities, and had conducted usability studies in 5 hospitals across 4 states. Part of founding team at Benecure, a biomedical company that researched a cardiac monitoring solution geared for high risk patients. To better learn how EMS work, became certified as a first responder in IllinoisLed the team from Ideation to Research & Development. Successfully setup a sponsored clinical trial.Managed a diverse team of individuals comprising of Electrical Engineers and Developers in US and Canada.Benecure is part of the Illinois Launch program and is a NCIIA advanced E-Team grant holder 2012-2014.bit.ly/startupsimplified is a TEDx video that explains the basics of the firm.

* Worked with two other amazing team members and launched a free delivery service “Shaper Hands” in 7 cities for elderly/immunocompromised during COVID.* Set a partnership with another non-profit (NAPCA), enabling us to take in deliveryrequests in 8 languages via phone calls to their help lines.* Partnered with Homeless HealthCare LA to work in tandem with their clinical casemanagers in helping their respective districts.* Negotiated a sponsorship with Lyft to get free rides for our delivery volunteersshould they need it.* During our peak, we were able to deliver a request in less time than Amazon for Free.

Primary objective here was to learn how the EMS works before starting Benecure.Trained in basic life support and first aid for emergency situations.As a First Responder my duties include but are not limited to: Patient Assessment, Documentation, Communications, Vital Signs, Splinting, Transporting, Bandaging and Bleeding Control, Assisting in child birth, Extrication, and CPR.
