This position's primary responsibilities are updating the roadmaintenance model and testing and calibrating the pavement engineering rules and models of theIndonesia Road Management System Version 3 (IRMS-V3), including a range of generic examples, climate change, and integration with safety and structures in trade-off analysis.

This role-specific task is to provide recommendations based on the effect of congestion delays, roughness conditions, payload, and alignment to the Road User Cost (RUC). Additionally, to develop and deliver training in the maintenance and application of the RUC models as set.

After Provincial Road Improvement and Maintenance (PRIM) as a pilot project, the Indonesiangovernment agreed to replicate the PRIM program method in six Kabupaten in four Provinces. Thisprogram, namely Program Hibah Jalan Daerah (PHJD), applies for five years from 2019 to 2023. Tosupport his program, the Indonesia-Australia Partnership in Infrastructure (KIAT) is responsible forproviding technical assistance to deliver the philosophy of PRIM. For further, PHJD has the same goal asPRIM: to develop a sustainable model for managing the quality of road maintenance. Responsibilitiesfor this position include developing multi-year and annual work programs, helping the Province andKabupaten established a Province/Kabupaten Road Management System (P/KRMS) team and oversaw related training.

It was taking part as a Provincial/Kabupaten Road Asset Management System Engineer in the Provincial Road Improvement and Maintenance (PRIM) project. This is a funding program from the Australiangovernment to Indonesia to develop a sustainable model for managing the quality of road maintenance.It has two primary purposes: to create and develop the Provincial/Kabupaten Road Management System(P/KRMS) and improve the functionality of traffic and road transport authority with communitiesrepresentative, academia, and related government to supervise road network performance. Roles in thisposition includes collecting road asset data, corridor screening for the next funding targeted, developP/KRMS by providing practical feedback and under close supervision to assist planners, engineers, andsenior managers in Sub-National road agencies in planning, programming, and preparing road assetpreservation works and using the P/KRMS to support these activities.

Center of Testing, Measuring, Training, Observation, and Engineering Services (POLAR) is a service and dedication for the communities unit by the Civil Engineering and Environmental Department Engineering Faculty Universitas Indonesia. In charge of Transportation Engineering and Planning as one of this institute's scope of services, my roles and responsibilities include proposal preparation, literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, managing and coordinating with the project owner and stakeholders.

The National Economic and Industrial Committee (KEIN) is a non-structural institute under the President's responsibility, with one of the main tasks to convey strategic action suggestions in determining national economic and industrial policies to the President. As a reference for strategic development in the Maritime Sector, IMC UI helped KEIN to formulate the Indonesia Maritime Long-term Plan for 2045. As a Research Assistant, my responsibilities in this project are to conduct a literature review, assist Research Experts in preparing materials for discussions in several forums with the related stakeholders, communicate with KEIN as the project owner and various stakeholders for the availability of the data as well as organising secondary and primary data, assist Research Experts with the analysis, conduct work documentation reports and present the results of recommendations to the KEIN, the job owner.

• Made a survey planning and determined the data’s needed; • Traffic accident analysis to find out the blackspot location and give the recommendation for that area; • Request or acquire equipment or necessary supplies for the project; • Supervising the survey team to gain field data’s equipment along the observed road, which includes global positioning and condition of equipment; • Analyze the data and determine the road furniture needed; • Conduct the project planning for installation, including the project budget; • Writing the report from preliminary to final report; • Prepared and reported to the Ministry of Transportation (the project owner).

• Review the shop drawing of the designated building; • Analyze the works and consult with the Site Supervisor; • Provide analysis to the Site Engineer and Site Manager of the identified problems during the site visit; • Monitoring the construction method to compare with applicable codes, QA/QC rules, performance standards and specifications, and construction safety regulations.
