•2x700W Turbine Major Overhaul and Commissioning, Journal and Thrust bearing overhauled, adjusted. Rotors are sand blasted and NDT works were carried out. LP Rotor loose blades rebladed, NDT works were carried out for Bearings, Rotors and Pipeline. Control valves overhauled, contact test, tightness test was carried out. Lube oil, Jacking oil, Seal oil and EH oil systems overhauled. Tanks are cleaned and all sealings are replaced. EH oil replaced new one, flushing was carried out. Condenser, LP Heater, HP Heater tubes cleaned, water/ air filled, leakage test were carried out. %20 Tubes are done ECT. CCCW, OCCW, Vacuum, Booster, CEP, TDFW, EFW Pumps are disassembled, wear parts, bearings and all sealings are replaced. Plate types of heat Exchangers are disassembled, all plates one by one cleaned and gaskets are replaced.Critical valves are disassembled, wearing parts, sealing parts are changed.Wearing, leaking pipes are cutted and replaced new ones. Extraction of 2x615MW Generator Rotor, Center lining and check generator bearings.•Within the scope of nationalization, the pumps parts were casted (İmpeller, wear plate, casing etc.)•Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) duct narrowing.•Absorber tank, spraying nozzle, mist eliminator and lining revision.•Relining of 180m Stack. •Axial Flow Fan (BUF) bearing housing with new one and make variable pitch blade synchronization.•Changed Stainless steel pipe to PE 100 which one has erosion/corrosion problem.•Changed Oxidation Blower.•Changed Vertical Type Drian Pump.•Changed Turbine Jacking Oil Pump.•Changed couplings which equipment has vibration problem at field.•Assembled rubber compensator on discharge side of sea water pumps•Fabric and rubber expansion joints were renewed.•Wet ball mill linings were renewed.•GGH/APH baskets are renewed, bearings are changed.•Mechanical Seals were changed with European/Local ones.•Safety valves are Tested.•Conveyor belt line maintenance.

Shift Engineer Implementations For Each Of Following Systems•The casting line consists of 3 continuous casting machines. Melting Furnace 50 tons, Holding Furnace 30 tons.•Cold rolling mill. Capacity 125.000 Tons, Width 2450mm.•Three annealing furnaces. The furnace realizes homogenization, recrystallization and partial annealing accoridng to the requirements.•Degreasing and Tension Levelling. In the tension levelling line, the material is flattened.•Slitting Lines The coils are slitted into narrower strips.All this systems are checked and controlled during shift.
