- Manage and monitor the activities of all departments in the laboratory.- Represent the laboratory to attend events with internal or external organizations- Coordinate all activities with lecturers and laboratory assistants to ensure learning runs according to the activity plan.- Collaborate with other laboratories in developing learning concepts.

-Create practicum concepts for product design for 3rd-semester students and manufacturing processes for 5th-semester students- Create a teaching schedule for the assistant- Responsible for submitting practicum grades to teaching lecturers- Create exam questions for the final examination- Organize and hold material requirements for the practicum process- Conducting research related to industrial engineering science.

- Coordinate overhaul and TurnAround maintenance activities at the refinery.- Plan maintenance strategies to reduce costs.- Learn the refinery maintenance scheduling system.- Ensure all materials and equipment for maintenance are on location on time- Monitoring maintenance activity to ensure on track of the timeline- Make progress reports for daily maintenance activities
