• Managed to involve in setting and operate the reactor in synthesising graphene from palm kernel shell (PKS) by varying the first stage pyrolysis temperature to improve the graphene yield.
• Applied graphene analysis including FESEM and Raman Spectroscopy to proof the characteristic of graphene obtained according to its morphology and graphitic properties.
• Managed to involve in setting and operate the microwave for graphene activation procedure by varying the microwave power level.
• Applied the BET analysis for activated graphene analysis to study the the pore and micropore area and volume.
• Perform CO2 adsorption testing using activated graphene via volumetric measurement technique to analyse the adsorption capacity for the sample that has different microwave power level.
