Worked on the development of Schaeffler AMRI started my internship brainstorming ideas & concepts for the future generations of AMR. Following that, I did ideation and came up with 6 different ideas. Finally, I designed all of the 6 ideas on Creo 7.0. Throughout this internship, I researched and learned about the different AMR components/systems, designed components on Creo, slice files for 3D printing & also 3D printed parts/components for the AMR.

As an Logistics Assistant, my main role is to assist the Head Logistics. I prepare training equipment for trainings, assist in creating/updating inventory list and replenish the first aid items.Apart from doing logistics, I also work with the rest of the NP Silat Executive Committee member in meetings to generate ideas and planning out events for the club.

As an Intern, I was assigned to 4 different role. Service Adviser, Job Controller, Mechanic & Admin Support.-Service AdviserI assisted the Service Adviser in checking the vehicle condition before advising customers on the respective servicing/repairs needed for their vehicle(s).-Job ControllerJob Controller main task is to assign jobs to the Mechanics efficiently so that more vehicle can be serviced/repaired daily. They are also responsible for the safety at workshop. I assisted the Job Controller in completing their task and also took over their role when they are on leave/MC.-MechanicI assisted the Mechanics to service Isuzu vehicles (N-Series, F-Series & C-Series). I also assisted the Mechanics with minor repairs such as replacing brake shoes/drum and lighting. -Admin SupportAdmin Support handles the invoice, ordering spare materials and all other administrative work. I assisted the Admin Support with their task and also handles reception.
