1) Key person to handle supply chain management related tasks for ROSEN Kuala Lumpur.2) Introduce barcoding system in ROSEN AP Region which include ROSEN Perth and ROSEN China. The system was rolled out successfully in 2019.3) Assigned as procurement lead for each projects awarded to ROSEN and procure numerous requests from PPEs, rigging equipment, transportation, water pumping and mercury decontaminatio etc to be included in the bidding and operation activity.4) Review and monitor physical inventory of materials/spare parts. Ensure that all stock items are in the SAP system and in line with the coding standards.5) Perform receive/return activities and ensure inventory adjustments are made accordingly.6) Identify critical and additional materials/ spare parts required for operation by consulting maintenance technicians and project managers and define the min-max for the recommended items.7) Responsible for stock replenishment- review availability of stock items or direct charges, raise purchase request and coordinate with related departments.8) Responsible for identifying slow moving items and suggest alternate items to the management. At the same time, responsible for identifying fast moving items and highlight these for early re-ordering.9) Responsible for supervising all warehouse related rigging jobs and ensure safe practices while loading and unloading materials.10) Responsible for proper storage and housekeeping materials ( PUs, electronics, consumables parts) based on requirement and proposing space optimization methods.11) Provide various inventory related reports to management as required.12) Managing material movement within ROSEN group worldwide.
