Achieved outstanding KPI result in 2016 and 2017 due to my team driven sprit to sucess in quality performance of the QA.4. Achieved 3 approved kaizen project for inspection in 2016 for documentation improvement, manpower reduction and cost down. Also got 1 approved kaizen in 2017 regarding quality inspection improvement.5. Able to produce weekly report on quality issue through pareto and histogram graph for weekly analysis and monthly analysis. Graph will be generate in DPM form and included as well the barrier to determine which production line has the most critical need of attention for engineering and production team to arrange their limited resources.6. Fully able to find the root cause of glove defect on inspection flaw through 8D report, FMEA analysis, and PDCA.7. Yearly handling AGR&R test and competency test to determine inspector skills as part towards effecient management.8. Regularly self audit of QA in process to ensure the process flow comply with the glove industry standard.9. Participate in network and blocking system for QA in process where I have tested out multiple possible loops of non conformity to ensure all glove must go through QA confirmity before pass for finish goods. The project currently is near complete and will soon deploy. Regular test with IT testing engineer in order to found out possible non conformity of batch of gloves due to man issue.

• Experience in handling sorter and living at Barcelona under company provision for 45 days independently. • Experience in handling multiple customer claim with fast action and result in less than 1 day. • Experience factory visit and discussion with customer at Rayong,Thailand regarding quality issue independently. • Regularly conduct process audit internally and liaise with the production team for regular improvement and follow up issue. • Fast response to customer claim with internal corrective action report (ICAR) support to meet customer satisfactions. • Receive training for Quality Management System (QMS) and 5S system for better quality performance.• Able to understand mechanical drawing with all vital point as reference for quality requirement. • Able to understand all Quality Control tools such as CMM to check dimension of the part, contraser, roughness check, X-Ray machine to check porosity issue that related to leakage, potential failure of function and so on. • Perfectly understand all the requirement for ISO/TS 16949 and its' document control point. • Able to give judgment on all quality issue based on engineering understanding and collected data whether to accept or reject NG part to meet up delivery quantity and avoid over quality. • Knowledgeable in machining and die casting area to meet up daily quality follow up. • Regularly overtime work to meet up customer response satisfaction on quality issue.
