Hello and good day,My name is Muhd. Saiful Azeem, a fresh graduate in Master of Business Administration specializing in management. I have written and published a few books as required by the university and personal interest during my day as a student. I have several work experiences in different management and skill that require the company that I have to adapt. One of the experiences is working as an IT assistant during my internship that requires advanced computer and software skills. I managed to learn the skill to adapt to the work environment as the result I manage to participate in several projects during my internship. In addition, my last employment as a substitute teacher has taught me new experience and knowledge in handling students and parents. My strength for my future employment is a communication skill and fast learning. My experience from previous employment has taught me communication skills in communicating with customers and clients on building trust for customers/client trust to the company. As for weakness sometimes I grow overconfident, When planning and handling a project sometimes it goes sideways. I overcome it by make sure the planning will be thorough and communicating with the team to get feedback regarding the plan.
