Responsibilities includes:- Facility management of a 4 storey building by managing contractors on preventive maintenance and ad-hoc maintenance request and ensuring the facility is prepared for annual safety audit and inspection. - Fleet management of an array of 14 emergency response vehicles. Managing the fleet involves troubleshooting basic vehicle faults, maintaining a monthly data set on fuel usage and coordinating timely service intervals for every vehicle.- Human Resource management in terms of maintaining personal details and operational strength of about 90 officers through a data set on a monthly basis. Conduct periodic resource review and reshufflement exercise with Commanding Officer on each team and unit strength based on operational requirements. Facilitating the Commanding Officer during annual ranking exercise. Highlighting to Commanding Officer on officers that may require personal assistance. Coordinating with Team Leaders on training requirements and annual certification for their officers. - Logistics management on individual officer's uniform and accoutrements, operational equipment and office supplies. Ensuring all shared operational equipment are fit and safe for use by troubleshooting any faults and requesting for repairs and replacements. Conduct training to officers on newly acquired equipment. - Armament management of all firearms and ammunitions allocated to the NPC, ensuring that all firearms and armament equipment are in good working order by troubleshooting any faults and requesting for repairs and replacement.- Management of IT systems in NPC which includes PC, printers and a Network Control Room by troubleshooting faults and monitoring issues that was brought up to service helpdesk.
