Parents or guardians provide consent through digital signatures, and the system integrates with SenangPay for online fee payments. After payment, the system generates a digital membership card, certificate, and membership number, along with a QR code on the user profile for use at all association programs. Additionally, Google Spreadsheet integration enables access to registered user data, allowing third parties to import updated lists. Various management-level reports (National, State, District, and Group) can also be generated and exported to Excel.Sistem Skrip Jawapan Calon Matrikulasi (SJC)The SJC system is developed for the Matriculation Department (Ministry of Higher Education) to record and analyze candidate exam scripts. It involves various users, including candidates, exam invigilators, paper markers, and logistics officers. Invigilators use a QR code scan via smartphone to record candidate attendance. Management imports lists of candidates, invigilators, markers, and logistics officers in bulk using an Excel template, and users receive login credentials via email. Each user has fixed roles and permissions. Answer scripts are bundled with pre-defined ranges and go through packaging, delivery, scanning, and storage stages, with each stage's status updated by QR code scanning on the package.Malaysia Petroleum Resource Corporation (MPRC) Procurement SystemThis system is designed specifically for MPRC to manage procurement processes online. It encompasses two major workflows involving multiple user levels: from Purchase Requisition, Justification Memo, and Summary of Quotation, to Recommendation Memo, Award Recommendation, and finally, Purchase Order or Sales Order.
