-Supervise AP work on daily basis to ensure all invoice and expenses charge correctly.-Administration and filling of all the working papers on up-to-date basis, i.e., Monthly Management Reports, Journals Files, banks reconciliation and other relevant documents submitted by all departments concerned.-Ensure all accounting and financial transactions are recorded with accepted accounting principles and approved accounting standards.-Prepare, review, and reconcile daily postings, accruals, various general ledger accounts and bank statements to ensure accurate financial information is available.-Assist FM to co-ordinate with tax agents, auditors, banker, or other relevant parties pertaining to financial matters.-To maintain all bank draft transaction with complete approval and supporting as this transaction very risky.-To maintain and update on all currency exchange effect to financial matter. (payment to oversee supplier or foreign/ oversea hotel guest).-To prepare Journal Voucher based on JV checklist for end of month closing.-To find variance error in P&L and Balance Sheet to make sure all invoices are posted accordingly to cost centre and correct expenses category.
