- Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;-Monitor work progress and ensure the sub-contractors to carry out works on schedule and conform to specifications;- Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff;- Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/ consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;- Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements;- Monitoring delivery of construction materials/equipment and ensure that the quality/ types/ dimension are as per the specified requirements;- Preparation of work progress report, project schedule and other relevant reports for the project

- primarily responsible for the installation, calibration and maintenance of equipment & machines such as mechanized carparks, automatic car lifts and cargo systems- troubleshooting problems for the parking system and hardware during system breakdown- responsible in leading a team of technicians during maintenance- design and issue checklist of tasks to do during maintenance on equipment- Assist project engineer by providing technical support and recommendations- Involved in handling a cargo related project by doing the documentations, procurement and monitoring the project progress
