I had the opportunity to work as an IT Support during my internship at Bizcopier Solutions Sdn. Bhd. On a daily basis, I was responsible for addressing customer networking issues and resolving various technology-related problems. I gained valuable experience troubleshooting and providing technical solutions, which improved my problem-solving abilities significantly.In addition to my IT support responsibilities, I was also involved in digital marketing. I was given the opportunity to design posters and manage the company's WordPress website. This role gave me the opportunity to demonstrate my creativity and design skills, as well as improve my ability to create and maintain a web presence.Overall, my internship experience gave me a well-rounded skill set that combined technical knowledge with digital marketing abilities.
