I am sharing my learning in the job that I was employed in past. Using the word S.I.M.P.L.E, find my learning and experience. **SUBMISSIONTo submit to your Creator, as Muslim to ALLAH. Believe whatever happened and happening in your life is your own destiny. We are only going through what has been destined. Praise God (Allamdulliah) for all good or bad that I have been in our job journey. **INCLUSIVEInclude all actions, thoughts, and people who have been placed. It was designed in that manner for the past two decades to appreciate and learn life lessons. Never blame anyone for my failure and never take self-credit for my success. Don’t get upset when the person you help, today has ignored you totally and the person you dropped is the one who is helping you. It is your journey that you need to learn not to have any EXPECTATION when you deal with a human.**MOTIVATIONMotivate yourself daily by thanking the creator of your existence today. If you are waiting for your bosses or external people to motivate and praise you, then it will be a temporary gain. The best MOTIVATOR is oneself. Motivate yourself to see your creator in all your SOLAT (prayers). What keeps me going is my SOLAT (prayers). I look forward because that is the only place I get pampered for success and failures.**PATIENCEWhat keeps me going as I hit many rocks along my job journey, is the test of my patience. There was too much testing done on me and some I failed and some I accepted. However, looking back I have learned that if it is meant for me it will come in many other ways. Be patient and wait. **LEARNINGSeeking new knowledge is a lifelong activity. Reading QURAN (religious book) repeatedly gives you deeper meaning and understanding. It also gives you close to your creator who loves you the most. In the same manner, seeking new knowledge surrounding our working life gives us a sense of belonging to be in the family of humanity. Never say I’m too old for this or I have done this before. Look at the content, it can be the same, but the method has now changed. For example, old is a book, now is a smartphone. Keep learning new things.**EVOLUTIONWe are in a world that evolves fast with the end word “less”. We are almost going brainless when technology takes over us. Be prepared and find a niche for yourself. God has created humans who create robots. How this human has that sort of brain? So we need to be prepared for next-generation humans who will be ‘self-centered and controlled by a robot which designed by own thinking or borrowed.
