Project Topic: Reduced Inequality Challenge: How can we find a common ground to promote disability inclusion across all of our member universities?• Proposed a viable and practical solution to promote disability inclusion across U21 member universities in a diverse project team.• Conducted research on disability inclusion programs at various institutions to assess the feasibility of the suggested idea while taking into account diverse cultural backgrounds.• Developed a compelling pitch to convince the organization that the idea is meaningful and actionable.

• Performed analysis of vibration data from a condition monitoring system and advised the client on the appropriate maintenance actions to enhance the life expectancy of more than 50 vessel machineries by 20% and reduce the maintenance cost by 25%.• Improved the reliability of the condition monitoring system installed in 3 vessels by conducting quality control of the system and familiarizing the system’s procedure to vessels’ engineers during regular vessel attendance.• Sealed a deal with client to commission a condition monitoring system by developing a compelling pitch to increase the company's annual revenue by 10%.• Enhanced the weekly task efficiency by 50% using macro function in Microsoft Excel.• Presented the top four most suitable condition monitoring system to the Managing Director to expand the company's list of vendors after liaising with suppliers worldwide.

• Held a workshop for Certified SolidWorks Associate (CSWA) in Mechanical Design with around 150 students benefitted• Coordinated with instructor and fellow committees to arrange 3 CAD training sessions.

Directed an outdoor adventure and survival training as the final step of the recruitment for new members in 2017. The event was held for four consecutive days event in the Salak Mountain in which I have to ensure the knowledge and skill transfer are going smooth from the senior to the candidates while at the same time keeping their safety as a priority.
