As a customer service representative at Logistech Ltd which is a sister concern of World Wide Logistics Inc based out of Ontario, Canada. Most of the business is based out of North America where I have to accommodate our partners with appointments at shippers and receivers like Costco, C&S, and Walmart. I am also in charge of helping the partners to deal with any issues regarding on time delivery pick up and break downs.
